Target of activities and areas of BBC1 -project has re-directed. BBC1 will participate with its delegation in the Business Mission to Uzbekistan in November-begin.
In cooperation with Honorary Consul of Finland for Uzbekistan, UNDP Aid for Trade and the Association of Finnish Entrepreneurs, and led by our Rowing Ambassador for Central Asia, Mr. Ilkka Raisanen – a business trip will be organized to Uzbekistan (with direct flights from both Riga and e.g. Tbilisi).
As a frontier market with exceptional growth potential fueled by natural resources and demographics – Uzbekistan offers varying opportunities in sectors like education, mining, construction, tourism (infrastructure), consumer goods, energy & infrastructure solutions, water solutions as well as in agricultural technologies.
The trip participants will get to know the opportunities, partners, authorities as well as international project financiers. The Uzbek participants will be handpicked according to wishes of the participating Finnish companies and relevant sectors.
