Kick-off event of the project will collect together project partners, experts, scientists, decision makers and students on 14th of November in the ITMo University in St. Petersburg.

 In the event will be discussed the project as a tool for stimulating R&D process and innovation promotion. There will be also considered

• the prospects for the development of biotechnology industry and circular economy in terms of foresight research and business
• Support mechanisms for initiators of scientific and innovative projects
